1. Framework concepts — CC BY 4.0

The 25 axioms, 6 Heureka patterns (P1–P6), 10 deletion surfaces (D1–D10), 42 lexicon terms, 5 waves, anti-pattern catalogue, Pre-Flight Audit questions, and Hours Returned methodology are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). 2. Workbook content — All Rights Reserved

The narrative prose, worked examples, transition essays, foreword, illustrations, Man Wo character, brand mark, channel name, and print typography of every workbook edition are copyright © Lubor Fedak. Reproduction or redistribution requires explicit written permission. Buying a copy grants personal use; bulk distribution or photocopying for staff requires either per-copy purchase or a separate corporate licence.

3. Episode videos — YouTube Standard Licence

Embedding and citing with attribution allowed. Mirroring or re-uploading requires permission via hello@manwo.org.

4. Free chapter PDFs — personal-use marketing samples

The free chapter PDFs distributed under each YouTube episode are marketing samples of the framework. Free for personal use; redistribution permitted with attribution; not licensed for inclusion in derivative paid products.

5. Why this split

The framework is the contribution to the field — open, citable, redistributable with attribution, designed to spread. The workbooks are the commercial expression — curated, bound, writeable, applied to specific use-cases. Both are honest about what they are. The previous "free forever" wording the channel used pre-launch was retired on 2026-05-18 in favour of this more honest split-license positioning. The framework's value is network-effect-driven; restricting concept use slows adoption. The workbooks support the founder's livelihood without creating cult-traps, vendor dependence, or paywalls on the framework itself.
