What this site collects and what it does not.

Plain-language privacy notice. The framework's discipline is to keep this short, accurate, and revised when reality changes.

1. What we collect

This site sets no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. Cloudflare sets a __cf_bm cookie (essential, bot management, 30-minute lifetime). Cloudflare logs request metadata (IP, URL, timestamp) for approximately 24 hours as a standard CDN function. PDF downloads are anonymous. The Hours Returned counter at /live does not personalise.

2. What we deliberately do not collect

No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No LinkedIn Insight Tag. No Hotjar or session replay. No remarketing audiences. No email gate on PDF downloads. No newsletter signup. No tracking of any kind beyond essential Cloudflare bot management.

3. Email correspondence (hello@manwo.org)

Email sent to hello@manwo.org is forwarded via Migadu (Switzerland) to the founder's Gmail. Retained at founder's discretion. Never used for marketing. Never shared with third parties.

4. Community (community.manwo.org)

The Discourse instance, when live, collects what Discourse collects: email for signup, posts, profile fields if the practitioner provides them. A separate privacy notice will appear at that subdomain.

5. Processors (GDPR Art. 13)

Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, Worker — US/EU dual-resident under Data Privacy Framework). Migadu (email forwarding — Switzerland, EU adequacy under Art. 45). Hetzner (Discourse VPS — Germany).

6. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact hello@manwo.org; the founder responds within 30 days per Art. 12(3). Supervisory authority: Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) (uoou.gov.cz).

7. Cookies

This Worker sets none. Cloudflare sets __cf_bm (essential bot management). Discourse will set session cookies when community.manwo.org is live. No analytics or marketing cookies anywhere.

8. Data retention

Request logs: approximately 24 hours (Cloudflare default). Email correspondence: at founder's discretion. Community posts: per Discourse defaults.

9. Changes to this policy

Date-stamped at the top. Material changes are announced in the community announcement category. No silent revisions.
